个人简介：平焕，男，汉族，1992年8月生，浙江舟山人，中共党员，博士研究生学历，讲师。主要从事钝体结构尾流特性及涡（尾）激振动、流动控制及减阻方法研究等方面研究，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金、海洋工程全国重点实验室基金等项目，发表SCI论文数十篇。
